No Image(Black Screen)

  1. Please confirm whether video source is well connected to HDMI output connector of receiver;

  2. Please confirm whether receiver is powered on normally;

  3. Please confirm whether monitor is working properly;

Shown "Searching TX"

  1. Please check whether transmitter is powered on normally;

  2. The signal is weak at receiver side. It's recommended to reduce the transmission distance appropriately;

  3. Please power off and reboot or re-pair;

Shown "No Signal Input"

  1. Please check whether the signal source of HDMI is normal;

  2. Please confirm whether the output resolution of the signal source is within the supported range;

  3. Please confirm whether the signal source is connected to the HDMI input of the transmitter;

Short Transmission Distance

  1. The signal is weak, please adjust the antenna angle or the device placement;

  2. Concrete walls, brick walls, wallpaper, metal doors, bullet-proof glass, etc. have a relatively large attenuation of RF signals. Please avoid such obstacles as much as possible in the straight transmission path;

  3. Caused by co-channel interference. Please adjust the channel to avoid interference frequency;

Image Lagged

  1. The signal is weak, please adjust the antenna angle or the device placement;

  2. Caused by co-channel interference. Please adjust the channel to avoid interference frequency;

  3. The equipment is too far away. It's recommended to reduce the transmission distance appropriately;

Infrared Return Invalid

  1. Please confirm whether the infrared transmitter or receiver is inserted into the wrong hole;

  2. The infrared transmitter should be placed in front of the receiving range of the receiving device as much as possible;

Loopout Failure

  1. Please confirm whether HDMI cable is well connected to HDMI output connector of transmitter;

  2. If not, please plug it in and out again;
