Why is it failed to connect to WiFi?

Please follow below steps:

1. Double check whether the SSID is named after the combination with alphabets in English and numbers only;

2. Double check whether the password entered is correct;

3. Power off the encoder and plug out the ethernet cable to make WiFi valid.

🧙‍♂️ Tips: It can only be used for receiving WiFi signal instead of the access point for you to search it on your smartphone.
