Go to Setting->Network->TCP/IP
DHCP
Obtain IP via DHCP server
Static IP
Manually set IP
DNS
Default DNS 8.8.8.8
Run IPCManager (If you already installed it)
Enter username & password (admin & 12345 by default)
Select the encoder you would like to set
Click checkbox of DHCP-->Modification-->Close-->Refresh
Tips: We're afraid the default DNS might not be available in EU. If it's failed to push live stream to YouTube, please try to change another DNS.
